Your data
The values you type or paste, and the barcodes made from them, are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers, stored or logged. Pictures you open in the barcode reader, logos you add and CSV files you open for bulk barcodes and labels are read by your browser on your device and are not uploaded. Everything stays in the page until you clear it, reload or close the tab.
Camera
The barcode scanner asks your browser for camera access only when you press Start. Camera frames are decoded on your device and are not uploaded, recorded or stored. The camera stops when you press Stop or leave the page, and you can withdraw the permission at any time in your browser's site settings.
Advertising
Free pages show ads from third-party networks such as Carbon Ads, EthicalAds or Google AdSense. These partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. They do not receive the data you enter, the files you open or anything from your camera. Visitors in regions that require consent will be asked before personalized ads load.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and tools people use, so we can improve the site. It uses first-party cookies and receives your IP address, which Google uses to estimate your country and city and does not store. We don't send it anything you type, upload or calculate. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you agree to them; until then Google receives only cookieless measurements. You can opt out anywhere with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
