Bulk Barcode Generator: what to know
The bulk barcode generator makes many barcodes at once, up to 5,000 per batch. Paste a list with one value per line, or open a CSV file exported from a spreadsheet, inventory system or online shop and pick the column to use, choose the barcode type and download every barcode as a ZIP of SVG or PNG files, or as a PDF with one barcode per page.
Each value is checked before anything is drawn, using the same rules as the single generators: digits and length for UPC and EAN, check digits for GS1 numbers, allowed characters for Code 39 and Codabar. Rows that don't fit are listed with the reason so you can fix them in your spreadsheet.
The CSV file is read by your browser using Papa Parse, and the barcodes are drawn and packed on your device. A second column can name each file, such as the product name or SKU. Nothing is uploaded, which keeps product lists and stock data private.
Popular uses
- Barcodes for a whole product range at once
- Asset tags for an inventory of equipment
- Barcode files for a print shop or packaging designer
- Numbered tickets, cards and coupons
Tips for the best result
- Export UPC and EAN columns from spreadsheets as text so leading zeros aren't removed.
- Remove empty rows and totals from the CSV before you open it.
- Pick a file name column, such as SKU or product name, so files are easy to match to products.
Read how JustYourBarcode works and our privacy details. Numbers, pictures, CSV files and camera frames are processed in your browser and are never sent to our server. A barcode doesn't register a product number: retail UPC and EAN numbers come from GS1.
